F1 Training
Ok la, dun say I nv blog. Shd be da jie and er jie are the ones mia lo... We're (san jie n xiao de) the only two blogging eh..
We went F1 training this morning, and it was really happening. Though it was super tiring, I think we both still enjoyed ourselves. What kinda of pissed me off this morning was the organizer Kelly Services, whom they have no sense of organization at all. They made us, the retail crew, to report by 8.45 sharp so that we could collect our respective materials for the actual working days. Upon arrival and after the collection of our admission cards, name tags and all, we were asked to mingle around for two hours before we report back at the convention hall at 11am. I was like, 'What the hell..!!!' So, what happened today was:
0825: Met xiao de outside citibank at cityhall
0835: Reported to the respective counter for verification and collection of tab-cards and name tags
0845: Sitting in the convention room and feeling weird about everything
0850: Xiao de went out to check and reassure we were in the right room
0855: Asked to leave the room and report back by 11am (???!!!)
0900: Walked to MS
0910: Walked ard and window-shopped (literally; we were basically just staring thru the glass panels and try looking thru.. n xiao de n i had tis conversation abt kids clothing, n it was kinda funny)
0930- 0945: Settled at McCafe to chit chat
1045: Walked back to the convention centre
1100: Briefing started
1300: Went out to collect our passes (the staff took forever)
1320-1430: Out in the scorching sun for a little over than 1 hr to walk from city hall to kallang (...) blah blah blah.. Oh, I should say this whole hour was extremely ENTERTAINING cos we have some bimbos beside us complaining about the sun, make ups, and everything about staying pretty... Lolx, I mean the way they talked about the topics were really funny, and sounded like they're gonna faint under the sun any moment.
1430-1500: We were close to crawling when we reached the slope up to MS and almost dead when we reached Mac.
1500-1510: Rested in Mac to catch our breath
1510-1600 or so: The rest of the day was some walk-around and we went off cos' exploring close to 80% of the whole race cause is enough for us to call it a day for today.
That's all folks...
Cheers
San Jie
